Daily Schedule
9:00-9:20: Relaxation and Warm-up:
Each day will begin with a series of relaxation exercises followed by full-body warm ups. These are designed to promote an attitude of openness and readiness for the work ahead. As much of acting is about trusting and engaging one’s natural instincts, students are taught to build a routine of relaxation before beginning the acting process.

Each student will answer in depth questions which probe into the character’s personal history, attitudes, emotional state and over arching wants. In addition to giving students a reliable technique, this daily process will result in a polished monologue that can be used for auditions.
10:15- 11:00: Improvisation:
Students will engage in improvisations and theatre games aimed at building skills and developing spontaneity, The goal is to inspire students to trust their natural instincts while having the freedom and confidence to allow unscripted scenes to develop.
